     expressway ends in the downtown area and becomes President Street. At
     the third light, make a right onto Lombard Street Follow Lombard Street six
     blocks to Light Street and make a left Travel one block on Light Street and
     make a left onto Pratt Street The Inner Harbor will be on your right
